Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle manages all payments, refunds, and customer billing in accordance with their Refund Policy. To request a refund, visit paddle.net.
Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided the service has not been accessed or used. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future charges. Unused subscription credits remain in your account and never expire after cancellation.
Goodwill Credits
If you believe a credit was incorrectly debited due to a bug or service error, contact us with your job ID at support@autobankdata.com. We will investigate and restore the credit where appropriate. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.
Accidental or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@autobankdata.com and we will liaise with Paddle on your behalf.
