Terms of Service

The Service

AutoBankData is the trading name under which this service is operated.

AutoBankData converts bank statement files into accounting software import formats. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Credits

The service operates on a credit system. 1 credit = 1 file conversion download. Credits are deducted on successful download, not on conversion attempt. Free tier users receive 5 credits per week which do not accumulate. Purchased credits and subscription credits never expire and accumulate without limit. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and add to your existing balance. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Acceptable Use

You must not: upload malicious files, attempt to circumvent usage limits, use the service for unlawful purposes, or reverse-engineer the service.

Intellectual Property

AutoBankData and its underlying software remain the property of AutoBankData. Your use of the service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the service for your own business or personal use.

Accuracy and Liability

Conversions are provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every conversion will be accurate for every bank format. You are responsible for reviewing converted output before use.

AutoBankData is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including errors in converted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time. On deletion, all your personal data and account details are removed. Uploaded files are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.

Refunds

Unused purchased credits are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 50% of the purchased credits have been used. Credits consumed prior to a refund request are non-refundable. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. To request a refund, contact support@autobankdata.com.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 or older to use this service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Here, we will never store your data. There are many thieves on the internet, but they cannot take what we do not have.

Your bank files are processed in memory and wiped the moment you download your converted file. No copies. No backups of your data. No exceptions.

Your account is protected behind industry standard encryption. Your financial data is yours — and it stays that way.

Your data security is important, and the tools you use should reflect that.

Most conversion tools use a subscription model. We thought, let's change that. Why not just pay as you go?
